All your laundry equipment needs can be met by contacting me Rod Swan. Coin Operated, Push Button Start and On-site Washing machines and Clothes dryers, weather you are wanting to buy new machines, monthly renting, profit share, free rent, or servicing existing machines.

If you are setting up a new laundry, I can assist you with design, selection of the type and number of machines required, install the laundry equipment, manage the equipment, on going maintenance to the machines and coin collection depending on the arrangement. There is a range of services available and negotiable. These types of services are suitable for motels, hotels, hostels, on site accommodation, and any other multi-dewelling arrangement.

Free Renting

Take the hassles out of your coin operated laundry totally with, free install and maintenance, free rent, free coin collection. Your guests call me direct for any problems.

Fixed Monthly Rental

A fixed monthly rental means no hidden extra costs of installs, repairs and it is totally tax deductible.

Profit Sharing

No install costs, no rental costs, no maintenance costs, no hassle with collecting the coins from the machine, you receive a commission on the coins collected.

Buy your own machines

If none of the above arrangements suite your business model, I can still assist your with the design of your laundry and the purchase and installation of the machines.

Repairs to your Laundry Equipment

If you have existing washers and dryer your are wanting maintenance done, I can help you with those. I have been services laundry equipment for over 35 years and have strong ties to the major manufacturers for advise and spare parts.
